Customer Care

We believe that customer care is one of Askews and Holts Library Services major strengths and stems from putting the interests of our customers at the heart of our business.  From top down we are a customer oriented business.  

We have invested in specialised staff training to NVQ level and customised computer systems to ensure the right information gets to the right people at the right time. 

 Specifically we promise to:

  • Acknowledge or resolve routine enquiries within 24 hours and resolve more complex enquiries within 3 days.
  • Acknowledge and resolve complaints within 48 hours or provide an agreeable timeframe for resolution.
  • Be ‘Right first time’.
  • Record and manage all customer contact through our customer service database and review these contacts regularly with key internal management.
  • Manage any significant change to customer requirements efficiently and effectively using our bespoke change management process. 

At Askews and Holts Library Services, our customers come first and we constantly evaluate and refine our service to continue to maintain the highest possible standards of customer care.
